Mr. Sakamoto, owner of SAKAMOTO-YA, is a leading Japanese sommelier who has worked as a wine sommelier at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo and a 5-star hotel in Singapore. Currently, as "HIKO SAKE", we import and sell Japanese sake in Poland to spread its charm with our name.
This time the venue of the event is RESTAURANT JAPONKA - a modern sushi restaurant that currently enjoys the greatest interest in Warsaw.
The chef is a talented chef trained at a Japanese-owned luxury sushi restaurant in London.
The event will be divided into two parts, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
A pairing dinner consisting of 7 courses and 7 types of sake is PLN 300 per person.
As it is Sake Day, you can enjoy a sake dinner at a special price.
The content of the dishes and sake will be announced on Facebook and Instagram of "HIKO SAKE" as soon as they are determined.
This is a special premium dinner that only happens once a year.
