Organic Roasted Soybean Flour from Hokkaido. It is a product certified by the Japanese JAS organic certification with a rich aroma, original sweetness and umami coming from soybeans. The traditional sweet "Kinako mochi" can be obtained by adding to steamed kinako mochi and sugar or honey. Kinako is also often mixed with milk and is popular as a healthy food in Japan.
