High-class grilled seaweed from Kagoshima Prefecture in Izumi. It is a product grown in a natural environment without acidification. It's a strong-smelling seaweed whose natural sweetness makes it melt in your mouth. They are perfect for onigiri rice balls and hosomaks.
Most of the other seaweed is grown in a specially prepared leaven (to speed up the production process), but it is not healthy. Acidification is comparable to spraying vegetables with pesticides.
