2. Basic sake course conducted by Mr. Maciej SKRZYPKOWSKI, who is the only Polish Japanese sake sommelier with the "KIKISAKE-SHI" certificate
3. Lecture on sake in the Hyogo prefecture conducted by Mr. HIKOEMON SAKAMOTO, the most influential Japanese sake expert in Poland, who runs the sake import and sale company "HIKO SAKE" and the exclusive Japanese grocery store "Sakamotoya".
4. 5 types of sake and MUGI restaurant special dishes to match the sake
