
Hana is an aromatic ponzu sauce with lots of yuzu juice made in Japan, carefully finished with kasu vinegar, which uses a natural soy sauce made in Tajima and a long-maturing sake residue. Thanks to its phenomenal acidity, it gives fish dishes a rich flavor and aroma, however, Hana yuzu ponzu sauce can be widely used not only for hot dishes, but also for everyday dishes such as salads, seafood and meat dishes.
