This product is a liquid, concentrated Japanese-style stock. It is 4 times more concentrated than most "Tsuyu" stocks. It does not contain ingredients of animal origin, it is based on a seaweed decoction and soy sauce. It is a universal spice that can be used for a variety of dishes, such as soby, udon, ramen broths and sauces, simmered dishes, tempura sauces, and boiled rice.
A method of preparing: Tsuyu no Moto is used to prepare a sauce in which the pasta is "soaked" to give it even better flavor. 900 ml of this product is enough for 30 bowls of sauce or soup, and 200 ml for about 9. The product should be combined with water in the proportion 1:3 (e.g. 100 ml of product per 300 ml of water). In addition to the sauce in which the pasta is "soaked", you can also prepare a regular pasta soup in a proportion 1:9 or tempura sauce - 1:6. It is also perfect as an addition to many other dishes using your favorite ingredients. Just add it in proportion 1:5 while cooking a meal.
