This is the memorable first workshop of HANARE.
In order to spread authentic Japanese cooking techniques to Poland, we will be holding the “First Basic Japanese Cooking Workshop”.
In this workshop, we will learn how to properly cook Japanese rice, how to make authentic bonito and kelp soup stock, and we will all make several dishes together.
Afterwards, everyone enjoy to eats the food we cooked.
In Poland, there are probably few opportunities to eat Japanese food that uses authentic dashi made from kelp and bonito flakes.
And there are probably very few people who have ever made their own bonito soup or kelp soup.
However, the basics of Japanese cuisine begin with making dashi.
We hope that there are many people who want to learn and see how to make authentic Japanese food.
The menu for that day
• Cooked white Japanese Rice
• Authentic miso soup
• SALMON SAIKYO-YAKI
(Grilled salmon marinated in Saikyo miso)
• Dashi maki TAMAGO

• NASU OHITASHI

On the day of the event, we will make dashi stock from kelp and bonito flakes and used it to make miso soup, Japanese omelette, and marinated eggplants.
We also will introduce various ways to cook rice, and you can try out several different ways to cook rice in this workshop.
