GYOKURO is one of the premium green teas with a very rich aroma. However, you should pay close attention to the right amount of water and its temperature to get its best taste, which is rich in umami with a delicate sweetness.

Gyokuro is brewed in water at a temperature of about 50-60 degrees Celsius. Brewing it in boiling water negatively affects its taste.
