Sake Sommelier Qualification Course certified by @sakesommeliers will be held in Poland. Sushi chefs and wine sommeliers should pay special attention.

The instructor will be Sakamoto Hikoemon, and Maciej Skrzypokowski. They are official instructor certified by the Japan Sake Sommelier Association. Sakamoto is one of Japan's leading sake experts, but he is also a famous wine sommelier who has had a long career at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Maciej Skrzypokowski is the first Polish person to obtain the SSA-certified International Sake Sommelier qualification and is the most knowledgeable Polish expert on sake. He is currently active in Poland, promoting sake as a specialist in the field. The food standard in Poland is currently improving, but there are still not many people who enjoy sake. In Western Europe, sake is already considered rice wine and is served in a variety of restaurants, not just Japanese restaurants. Such an era will soon come in Poland as well. So here is your chance to become a sake professional right now.

This course takes place over three days, and is a short, intensive course that teaches you about sake in a total of 16 hours. From history to manufacturing methods and technical terms, and tasting 16 types of sake, you will become a sake professional in just three days. If you pass the final exam, you will become a sake sommelier at a later date, and the association headquarters will send you a certificate of sake sommelier qualification and a sake sommelier badge.

Anyone can participate. Why not become a sake sommelier and help promote sake in Poland?

The course is primarily conducted in English, but for those who are not fluent in English, Maciej Skrzypokowski will provide support in Polish.

The event will be held for three days
22nd September 10:00-18:00
23rd September 10:00-18:00
29th September 11:00-12:30

The cost of the course is 2,850.00 zł gross per person and inclouded lunch for three days.

The event will be held at HANARE, located behind Sakamotoya.(ul Chmielna 24, Warszawa)
