It is a hand-made pasta whith an addition of premium aromatic green tea called "Takase" from Kagawa Prefecture. It is a refreshing udon, which was created for lovers of Japanese green tea, and its unusual taste surprises many Japanese cuisine gourmets.
A method of preparing:
The recommended way to prepare udon is to cook the noodles for 5 minutes, then rinse it several times in cold water and serve it depending on the season: cold in summer with grated ginger, chives and a sauce based on dashi broth and soy sauce, on a bamboo tray, and in the winter serve with the warm broth.
